Is there a minimum order on the site?
Yes. You have to order a minimum of 25 euros.
What is the amount of the shipping fee?
Shipping fee is 6 euros if you order for less than 60 euros for those living in Italy, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Guernsey, Luxembourg, Netherland, Spain, Sweden, UK. For orders above 60 euros shipping is free. Shipping fee is always 15 euros for the rest of the world.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept the most common credit cards, (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro), payments via PayPal or bank transfer. Orders will be prepared and sent only after we received the payment confirmation, it might take a couple of days with payments via bank transfer. How much will it take to receive the products?
As soon as we receive the payment we send the order out. Orders done before 14.pm CET will be sent on the same day. Orders done during Saturday and Sunday will be sent the following Monday. We use DHL courier, you will receive the tracking link to follow your order via mail. Orders for Europe should be received within 2 and 4 days, a little bit more for orders made via bank transfer. Orders for the rest of the world might take up to 16 days to be received. Orders via Bank transfer which are not completed will be cancelled after 30 days.
Is it safe to buy on your website? Are my data protected?
Yes, you can buy with no worries on our site. Your datas are protected by SSL encripting, or Paypal if you use your paypal account. We only receive confirmation of the payments, but don’t see your credit card or account numbers.
Are your products safe?
Yes. We cooperate with companies that are very careful with the choice of materials and ingredients, that usually have a warranty of 1 to 5 years. Anyway we are not responsible of any damage due to a wrong use of the products. We recommend to always read carefully the instruction booklet that comes with the products before using them.
What if a product is defective?
Defective products can be sent back after sending an email to services@juicyroom.it You have to explain which is the problem and send a picture too if the defect is visible. Most of the companies we work with have warranty plans. Do this within 48 hours after you received the products. Of course you shall not use it due to hygienic reasons. We will provide you with the address where to send te product back at our expense, and we will verify the problem. The original packaging must be in perfect condition. As soon as we verify the defect you will tell us if you want a refund or another product. All this might take approximately a week.
Will I get a receipt with my order?
Yes you will, via mail and with the package you will receive. Anyway online retail products don’t need billing.
Is the packaging discreet?
Yes it is. You will receive the products in a brown box with no indication of its content outside and no name of our company, it is 100% anonymous.
